Here are the top three stories today in Charleston:

  1. The Charleston International Airport warns some construction might cause delays to and from the airport this week. The delays will be on Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The affected roads are International Boulevard and Michaux Parkway. Travelers are encouraged to plan ahead and leave extra time for delays. (ABC NEWS 4)
  2. A new lawsuit has been filed against the Diocese of Charleston. The lawsuit alleges assault and battery by a former Bishop England High School chaplain in May 2019. The lawsuit was filed in Charleston County and is the latest lawsuit brought against the diocese for misconduct. (Live 5 News WCSC)
  3. A Charleston attorney has been accused by the U.S. Attorney's Office in South Carolina of leaking restricted court documents. The office claims the leaks tainted several investigations while prompting threats of violence against witnesses and a federal prosecutor. David Aylor, a prominent personal injury and criminal defense lawyer, is now facing sanctions. (Subscription: Charleston Post Courier)
