Here are the top three stories today in Charleston:
- A Charleston Holocaust survivor has died. Joe Engle, 95, was a Polish native and a community leader. He was outspoken about his experiences during World War II and the horrors that he saw firsthand. He moved to Charleston in 1949 and operated a dry-cleaning business on King Street. Engle's funeral is today at Synagogue Emanu-El Cemetery. (WISTV)
- The Charleston County Sheriff's Office reports an ambulance was struck by a Honda sedan on Friday night while responding to a call. The incident occurred on Magwood Drive and Glenn McConnell Parkway around 9:00 p.m. The ambulance had both its lights and sirens on. The department is investigating the incident. (Live 5 News WCSC)
- The Charleston Police Department has arrested a driver for pointing a gun at another driver during a road rage incident. The arrest occurred around 2:20 p.m. on Friday at Savannah Highway and Wesley Drive. The department is currently conducting an investigation into the incident. (ABC NEWS 4)
