Last Chance: To Catch Gimme Shelter Benefit

Check out the 2nd Annual Gimme Shelter Benefit for Operation Home for some good food and a great time this weekend while helping a worthy cause.

New Orleans flavor will take over the Navy Yard at Noisette this weekend with the 2nd Annual Gimme Shelter Benefit for Operation Home.

Operation Home repairs home for low income residents of Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties. The organization has made emergency repairs to more than 100 Lowcountry homes totaling more than $1 million worth of work.

Gimme Shelter will feature lively entertainment, funky music and a New Orleans style menu featuring a crawfish boil, jambalaya and mini po-boys prepared by Executive Chef Aaron Siegle. And of course it wouldn't be a real Big Easy bash without a fully stocked bar and plenty of Hurricanes and Painkillers.
