Last Chance: To File as a Candidate
If you're thinking about running for office in November you had better make up your mind by Friday.

Friday, March 30 is the last day to file as a candidate for election this year.
Because the elections for county and state races are partisan, candidates must file with their party. Democrats can file with Truett Nettles, II, at the Law Office of Grimball & Cabaniss, LLC at 473 Savannah Highway. The office is open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Republicans must file at the Republican Party office at 4952 Centre Point Drive, Suite 110 in North Charleston. Candidates may file from noon - 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday or from 8 a.m. - noon Friday.
