The Twittersphere is blowing up this afternoon with reports of a juvenile dangling over the Ravenel Bridge. Northbound traffic was cut off while the rescue workers attempted to figure out how to reach the juvenile who, according to <a href="http://www.live5news.com/story/18576456/ravenel-bridge" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Live5News, climbed up under the bridge and couldn't get back down</a>. As of 6:20 p.m. reports coming from the scene say the juvenile has been rescued.
