Brian Paxton, 39, on April 22, 2012, charged with criminal domestic violence. (Editors Note: Charges against Paxton were not prosecuted, according to a City of Charleston Municipal Court document the disposition of the case was Nolle Prosequi on June 15, 2012 — meaning the prosecutors chose not to pursue the case at this time.)
