Police Charge Man in Diana St. Homicide

Marvin Donte Bryan, 24, is facing an obstruction of justice charge in the murder of Joshua Wilder on Diana Street on March 13, according to a Charleston Police Department statement.

"Through the ongoing investigation, detectives determined that Bryan attempted to hinder or impede the murder investigation by concealing information about the incident," the statement reads in part.

and found Wilder inside an SUV with a gunshot wound. He was transported to MUSC for treatment, but died at the hospital.
