How do you start your day?

Maybe you keep it simple, a cup of coffee and a bagel. Or maybe you like someting a little more substantial like a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit from the drive-thru on the way to work. Perhaps you get up early enough to sit down to a bowl of grits, a stack  of pancakes, some orange juice and a coffee.
