Perfectly seasoned and grilled to just the right temperature is what most look for in a great steak.

While it may seem like a luxury item, a great steak can be a great treat.

So unless you are going to pull out your grill and prepare it yourself, you want to find a place that caters to your palette.

Is it a western-themed steakhouse that gets your vote? Or a mom and pop restaurant that has a prime rib you could cut with a fork?
