Sheriff's Office Asks for Help IDing Suspect
The Charleston County Sheriff's Office released images of a suspected burglar and a person of interest in two West Ashley cases currently under investigation
Charleston County Sheriff's Office investigators are asking the public for help identifying the man they say burglarized the Subway on Savannah Highway at 12:45 a.m. June 14.
The Sheriff's Office released images of the alleged burglar captured by the restaurant's surveillance cameras June 14 and asked anyone with information about the man in the photos to call investigators at 843-308-7313 or 843-202-1700, or Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111.
Investigators also released images of a man deemed a "person of interest" in the investigation of the robbery of the Circle K convenience store on Ashley River Road that also took place shortly after midnight June 14.

The man deemed a "person of interest" entered and left the store just minutes before the robbery, which was committed by a suspect described as a black male, approximately 6-feet tall, according to a Sheriff's Office statement. The unidentified suspect in the robbery was wearing a knit hat and scarf at the time.
