Sheriff's Office Searching for Robbery Suspects

The Charleston County Sheriff's Office is looking for two men who robbed an Ashley River Road cell phone store at gunpoint Saturday around 4:15 p.m.

The men, both have short hair cuts, each about 6-feet tall and weighing 150-160 pounds, entered the store asking about "cheap cell phones," then one of the men pulled out a black handgun and demanded money from the store employee. One of the pair has a goatee and was wearing a tan shirt with a design on the front and blue jeans, the other suspect was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, according to a Sheriff's Office report.

The suspects fled the store when a customer walked in taking an undertermined amount of cash from the store's register. Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to call the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office 843-202-1700 or Crime Stoppers 843-554-1111.
