Here are the top three stories in Charleston today:

  1. Charleston County Parks' Starlight Yoga will be held in James Island County Park on Monday. The popular event will allow participants to get an exclusive sneak peek of the Holiday Festival of Lights. Instructor Ji Hwang will be leading the event from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Click for registration information. (ABC NEWS 4)
  2. The Charleston U.S. Coast Guard station rescued three individuals from a boat capsize incident east of Charleston Harbor on Thursday morning. A Good Samaritan reported the incident at 7:27 a.m. The 23-foot boat fully capsized during the incident. A commercial salvage company will likely recover the boat. (WMBF)
  3. The Charleston Police Department responded to a report of a "barricaded subject" on Thursday. The incident occurred in the Whitehouse Plantation area of James Island in the 1000 block of Oakcrest Drive. The suspect was eventually taken into custody without incident around 3:30 p.m. (WCBD News 2)
