Three Cars Found in Rantowles Creek

The Charleston County Sheriff's Office announced Monday it had found three cars submerged in Rantwoles Creek Near the Peter Miller Bridge.

The office was responding to a call about a vehicle in the water there and found two more vehicles when dive teams went into the water to check on the vehicle, according to a Sheriff's Office statement.

None of the vehicles appeared to be occupied, the statement said. The office plans to begin removing the vehicles from the creek on Tuesday.
