It's been a very long time since anyone got a wash and wax at #1 Car Wash on Savannah Highway.
With cracked windows and grafitti now adorning the building, the property only sees action as an extra parking lot for restaurant next door. But it's location on Savannah Highway near several other properties that have been repurposed in recent years could be a positive for any business owners looking for a spot to set up shop.
