What Should Go Here: 27 Magnolia Road
Coming out of the Great Recession empty storefronts are pretty common, but we want to know what Patch.com users want to see fill those empty business properties
This spot in the Avondale Point Business District is ripe for a new tennant.
It has been vacant since moved nextdoor. Several months ago there were rumblings that Haagen Dazs was interested in opening an ice cream and sandwich cafe here, but that never materialized.
It's not a huge space and there is limited parking in the area, but the Avondale Point Business District is one of West Ashley's most vibrant areas with tons of foot and vehicle traffic, so this spot should be very atttractive to a range of businesses.

Just a few doors up the street Alchemy Coffee closed in June, so another coffee shop could be a great fit for the area, but we want to know what you think should go here. Tell us in the comments section below.
