What Should Go Here: 809 Savannah Hwy.

This location is one of several in the Avondale area ripe for a new tenant.

Several years ago the business office for Andolini's and Juanita Greenberg's Nacho Royale moved out of this spot, and no one has taken over since.

The building isn't in the best of shape however, the exterior walls have been caved in at a couple of points where it looks like a car may have run into the buildings, which is not unheard of at this location where Magnolia Road intersects with Savannah Highway.

Despite the needed cosmetic fixes though, the building is in a prime spot, right in the center of the Avondale Point Business District.
