What Should Go Here: Citadel Mall
Coming out of the Great Recession empty storefronts are pretty common, but we want to know what Patch.com users want to see fill those empty business properties
The Citadel Mall has seen many changes over the years including the addition of two anchor tenants, and a food court, but walk the mall lately and your bound to notice there are a lot of empty storefronts inside — 14 retail spots and three spaces in the food court to be exact.
