What Should Go Here: Poe Studio
Coming out of the Great Recession empty storefronts are pretty common, but we want to know what Patch.com users want to see fill those empty business properties
The Avondale Point Business District remains one of the most vibrant spots in West Ashley even as several retail spaces along Savannah Highway and Magnolia Road remain vacant.

This spot has benefits despite its limited square footage. In addition to a great location, and in real estate the three most important things are location, location and location, the building is adjacent to off-street parking, which is a premium in the Avondale area.

There's not a lot of floor space inside so the range of businesses appropriate for this spot is limited, but it would make a great spot for a new coffee shop in the area, something that has been lacking since Alchemy Coffee closed in June.
