What Should Go Here: Senor Tequila
Coming out of the Great Recession empty storefronts are pretty common, but we want to know what Patch.com users want to see fill those empty business properties

The residents of West Ashley's Old Towne area aren't ones to shy away from getting involved to make their section of town a better place to live, work and play.
The neighborhoods around Old Towne Road and Sam Rittenberg Boulevard came together with city officials more than a decade ago to help create a master plan for the area that led to beautification of the medians where the major highways come together, , the at the corner of Orange Grove Road and Sam Rittenberg Boulevard and the redevelopment of a dormant car dealership into a small shopping center anchored by along Sam Rittenberg Boulevard. The residents in the area have also they don't agree with.
This former home a Senor Tequila restaurant at 1280 Sam Rittenberg Blvd., adjacent to the Bi-Lo shopping center, offers a lot of space to play with if someone decided to redevelop it. Or because it's already set up as a restaurant could make a great home for a new eatery. There must be some great talented chefs in the Holy City with dreams of opening their own restaurant.
