Wreck Closes Southbound Lanes of Hwy. 17 at Main Road
Bees Ferry Road being used to divert traffic

A wreck with injuries has closed down the southbound lanes of Highway 17 near Main Road heading out of West Ashley this morning.
The Charleston County Sheriff's Office is directing traffic around the collision and diverting cars along Bees Ferry Road to bypass the area, according to a Sheriff's Office statement.
Both northbound lanes of Highway 17 remain open.
