Columbia Police Seek Suspect in Check Theft, Forgery Case

Columbia Police are looking for a woman who allegedly used a forged check at a store on Forest Drive.

The victim reported to police that someone stole a box of checks from her mailbox in July. One of the stolen checks was forged at the Hobby Lobby at 5422 Forest Drive on Sept. 12, police said.

Columbia Police on Monday released a photo of the suspect that was taken from Hobby Lobby security cameras.
