Coroner: Hartsville Man Killed While Jogging on Richland County Road
The man was visiting family in town when he went out for a jog, Richland County Coroner Gary Watts said.

A 20-year-old man jogging on a Richland County road died early Saturday morning after he was struck by two vehicles.
Darius E. Brown, of Hartsville, was running on Longtown Road around 8:45 p.m. Friday when he was struck by the outside mirror of one vehicle that in turn knocked him into the path of another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, Coroner Gary Watts said.
Brown was taken to Palmetto Richland where he died from injuries he received in the collision, Watts said.
The man was visiting family in town when he went out for a jog, he said.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
