City of Columbia Parks and Recreation will host its annual Halloween Carnival, Thursday, October 31, 5 to 9 p.m. at Dutch Square Mall.
Parents and children of all ages are invited to come out for a fun-filled evening in a safe and friendly environment. There will be exciting games and haunting challenges, a costume contest, hay ride, haunted house, entertainment, giveaways and more.
