- Starting this week, the Town of Hilton Head Island will commence demolition work on its property at 355 William Hilton Parkway, which was previously occupied by Modern Classic Motors car dealership. Due to heavy equipment activities, all access points to and through the property have been closed until the completion of the demolition and site improvement work, which is being carried out by JS Construction Services.
