Defreddie Fona Plummer, DOB 5-7-1987, is wanted on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence. His last known address was 3500 Fernandina Road, Apartment M-4, Columbia. Plummer is 6-foot-2 and weighs 185 pounds. Plummer has black hair and brown eyes.
