The Town of Lexington Farmers Market is hosting a "Paint-A-Crate" contest for kids during the farmers market on July 13 and 20. The contest, sponsored by Lakeside Produce, is open to children ages 3 to 12 and will be judged in three age groups: 3 to 6 years old, 7 to 9 years old, and 10 to 12 years old. Prizes include gift certificates to Toys 'R' Us, Build-A-Bear and Learning Express.For more information e-mail farmersmarket@lexsc.com or contact Lakeside Produce at 803-457-5494.The market is located at 206 N.
