The West Columbia Police Department is investigating after a man was found dead Thursday morning. Mark Alexander Zeigler, 32, was found dead inside a house in the 1100 block of Seminole Drive, which is near Riverbanks Botanical Garden, according to West Columbia Police.Chief Dennis Tyndall says early information indicates Zeigler and another person got into a fight.  Investigators will be able to understand more about what happened after an autopsy is performed on Zeigler's body, Tyndall said.
