  1. Good news, there is some relief at the pump this week for Myrtle Beach gas customers. The price of gas in the city has reportedly fallen 3.8 cents from last week's prices. According to WMBF, "[Gas prices] are averaging $3.50 per gallon, according to GasBuddy. This comes after two straight weeks of double-digit increases. As of Sunday, the cheapest gas in Myrtle Beach was priced at $3.35 per gallon, and the most expensive was $3.69 per gallon." (WMBF)
  2. It was a joyous time Monday morning as the U.S. Coast Guard and Navy safely brought back four divers to shore. The four male divers had been missing since noon the day before. They were reportedly rescued thanks to an SOS strobe light. According to WMBF, "{The divers] were in a 'pleasure craft' called Big Bill’s. After the divers did not resurface, a multi-agency search was launched. Multiple helicopters and patrol boats were involved in the search. Early Monday morning, an official with the Coast Guard issued an update, saying around 12:45 a.m., the divers were spotted using a SOS strobe light." (WMBF)
  3. With a goal of collecting and delivering 500 blankets to seniors in the community, Meals on Wheels of Horry County is partnering with 5 Star Home Care and Southern Urgent Care 2 organizations. For more information about donating, please click here. (WBTW)
