Horry County is using a portion of the American Rescue Plan funds received to support a program proposal from Horry Georgetown Technical College that will provide on-site job training, health and wellness education, telemedicine access, and computer literacy to residents of Horry County.

HGTC is holding a Community Open House at James Frazier Community Center next week on Tuesday, February 22 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. to discuss this and other opportunities offered by the college.
