  1. "Congratulations to the Myrtle Beach Boys Tennis Team! They defeated Riverside High School 5-1 to become the State Class AAAA champions!" (Horry County Schools via Facebook)
  2. The weather for today and Tuesday will include scattered showers and thunderstorms and temperatures are projected to be above average with more humidity. The forecast is calling for the hottest portion of the days to have the highest rain chances with Tuesday turning out the be the hottest of the two days. Enjoy! (WBTW)
  3. Spirit Airlines began Friday to offer their new flight from Rochester, New York, to the Myrtle Beach International Airport and vice versa. According to WMBF, "Flights to and from MYR and the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) will operate every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday through Labor Day."
