The Barnabas Horse Foundation facilitates the hope and healing of individuals who have suffered abuse and trauma. Using equine-assisted psychotherapy, Barnabas brings together horses and trained certified therapists to assist those who are suffering emotional, behavioral or psychological difficulties.
They have helped more than 1,000 people since 2013.

Each month, Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce announces a nonprofit of the month.
