SC Our Town America to Honor Local Small Business Owners

The last few years have been brutal for small business owners. It started with pandemic shutdowns in 2020. In 2021, smalls business owners battled labor and supply shortages, and this year it’s been all about inflation.

These challenges can often bring out the best in people, and that’s why Our Town America, a national new mover marketing franchise with a location right here on the Grand Strand, is once again soliciting votes and nominations for its annual Small Business Resilience Award. They are looking for small business owners who continue to overcome the odds.

“I love our annual Small Business Resilience Award as it gives us, a local small business ourselves, the opportunity to honor and recognize fellow local businesses who positively impact our community year-round,” said Dave Butz, owner of Our Town America of Murrells Inlet. “These small business owners and their employees are our neighbors who work hard to keep their doors open. Our Town America is honored to recognize these folks because they deserve it.”
