- Support the arts and come to the first-ever, "Youth Performing Arts Festival" in downtown Conway on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is a free event that will feature more than 300 students from across the county. Hope to see you there! (WBTW)
- Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson is seeking to temporarily close the notorious 'Yellow House' located at 407 5th Ave. North, in Myrtle Beach, following numerous police calls and reports of poor living conditions. The house, which has been painted blue, despite being deemed 'unfit for habitation', continues to house people in makeshift shelters. (wmbfnews.com)
- Mauro Felipe has been charged with "causing great bodily injury" to 19-year-old Christian Devlin, who was hit while biking home from work. Reportedly, Felipe, who fled the scene of the accident when it happened, was found by using video from the night of the accident. Felipe remains in jail under no bond. (wmbfnews.com)
