Is your home ready for the summer?

Val Lyons of CBRE has some great tips to help beat the heat: Reverse ceiling fans to run counterclockwise, schedule your HVAC cleaning, replace damaged screens, check attics for rodents/nests, power wash your deck/home, clean gutters and check irrigation systems/sprinkler heads, and remove dead tree limbs/weeds and plant new flowers. Don't forget to prep your grill for BBQ season! Questions about your home's value? Contact Val today or call 774-259-8937.
