Are You Ready for Summerville's First Gaming Convention?

Three days of gaming will come to the Lowcountry this weekend.

The inaugural Storm-Con SC is a multi-genre gaming convention being held July 12-14 at the Holiday Inn Express in Summerville. Tickets for the entire weekend are $25 in advance or $35 at the door. Single day tickets are $10 for Friday and Sunday, and $20 for Saturday.

Storm-Con strives to create an "inviting and exciting" gaming environment that promotes diversity, all aspects of the gaming hobby. Gaming is not video games, but actual, interactive games, including board games. 

Included in the weekend is a raffle to benefit Camp Happy Days. The goal is to raise $1,000.

• Liberte' Game from Storm-Con Staff

• 2 Rolls of Gaming Paper (wrapping paper and grid paper) by Gaming Paper

Also available at the convention are "play and win" games. These are available at the Game Library. To enter to win the game, you play it.
