County Begins Fixing Flooding Woes at Pinehill Acres
Study for Pinehill Acres roadway and drainage improvements approved by Dorchester County Council.

Dorchester County Council has approved moving forward with a contract to study flooding in Pinehill Acres, off of Mallard Road.
The community is the start of a problem flooding area that empties all the way to Butternut Road, including Trotters Club Way.Â
"This is going to make their day," County Council Chairman Bill Heard said. "We've got to do the study ... We've got to figure out how to move the water around. The water just dumps on top of these poor people."
