Is Earth Fare Coming to Summerville?

Summerville residents have long bemoaned the lack of a high-end grocery store like Earth Fare.

Now speculation has begun about Earth Fare opening at the former Strobel Tire, Auto and Truck Service on North Main Street. 

The Post and Courier reported Gramling Brothers Real Estate & Development Co. are taking the next few months on the large shopping center where the service center used to be. The property will include a grocery store in the shopping center. 

So far, there has been no confirmation of Earth Fare's arrival, however.
