A jury has ruled that a Summerville man, involved in a fatal 2008 wreck, will pay $3.5 million to the victim's family, S.C. Radio Network reported.
The station reported:
"A jury ruled against 42-year-old Chad Kessing on Tuesday. Investigators said Kessing crossed the center line on Highway 17-A and crashed head-on into an SUV driven by Wanda Holland on May 12, 2008. She died on impact."
