Suspect in Drug Case Evades Deputies, Sends 1 to Hospital
A 44-year-old man was injured in the wreck and sent to the hospital.
A suspect wanted for possession of drugs remains at large after a high speed chase and a collision that sent one to the hospital.
Tuesday afternoon, a Dorchester County deputy attempted to stop Antuan Prioleau near Trolley Road and Midland Parkway in Summerville. The chase ended after deputies lost sight of the vehicle on Ladson Road. A short time later, the vehicle struck another vehicle at the intersection of Palmetto Commerce Parkway and Ladson Road.

Prioleau fled the scene of the wreck on foot and remains at large.Â
At his Crestwood subdivision residence, deputies uncovered 866 grams of heroin, 578 grams of cocaine, 34 grams of marijuana and $8,000 in U.S. currency.Â
Sonobia Amelia Grayer was at the residence at the time and was arrested for being in possession of narcotics.Â
Prioleau is 6-foot, 180-pounds.
