  1. The Pace Grand Prix at the Bend circuit is getting some improvements in preparation for the 2022 Chattanooga Motorcar Festival. The event is scheduled for Oct. 14 through Oct. 16. The improvements include a new inner loop, repaving, widening, run-off zones, a new pit row, and more seating areas. (Chattanooga Pulse)
  2. ShowerUp is starting to service the Chattanooga area offering mobile showers and basic hygiene items to individuals in need. Each of the organization's mobile units features three shower suites. ShowerUp is based out of Nashville. Click to learn more about ShowerUp. (The University Echo)
  3. Chattanooga State will be hosting the Area Wide College & Career Fair from Sep. 8 through Sep. 9. The fair will be held in the Health & Physical Fitness building's gym between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. each day. This is the first time since the pandemic began that the fair is being held.
