  3. The woman who claims a Hamilton County Sheriff's deputy forcibly baptized her has filed an appeal. The appeal is necessary because a judge decided to grant qualified immunity to the Hamilton County Sheriff's deputy who witnessed the baptism. According to the woman's attorney, Deputy Jacob Goforth could have prevented the incident. Former deputy Daniel Wilkey has been indicted with 44 various criminal charges and civil lawsuits.
