• Washington County TN Sheriff's Office releases ICE collaboration numbers for Jan.-Nov. 2025 (wjhl.com) — Johnson City residents now have a clearer picture of how the Washington County Sheriff’s Office works with federal immigration authorities, with new stats covering January through November 2025. The report shows how many people booked into the county detention center had citizenship questions, how many drew ICE holds, and how many were ultimately taken into federal custody under a limited cooperation agreement.

• Bucs Cam Aiken in consideration for job at JMU with Napier (wjhl.com) — Johnson City football fans may soon see a major coaching change, as ETSU offensive coordinator Cam Aiken is reportedly being considered for a role on Billy Napier’s new staff at James Madison University. Aiken, whose offense set multiple school passing records this season, remains on ETSU’s staff for now while his future and a possible temporary Ole Miss bowl assignment are sorted out.
