Childrens Lighthouse Opens in Viridian

ARLINGTON, Texas – Paving a path to academic success for young students, Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers℠, widely recognized as the leading values-based, early learning school in the United States, is officially open in Arlington, Texas. Childrens Lighthouse of Viridian, owned and operated locally by Varun and Navi Sharma, is located at 4000 Cascade SkyDrive in Arlington, Texas and is accepting enrollment. The school offers high-quality early childhood education that helps stimulate intellectual development in a safe, warm and welcoming environment designed to bring out the best in children. This new location is the sixteenth in Fort Worth area.

To introduce members of the community to the school, Childrens Lighthouse of Viridian will host a winter/holiday themed grand opening event on Saturday, December 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A variety of breakfast foods and beverages will be provided at the event and attendees are encouraged to interact with special guests like Frozen’s Anna and Elsa. Additionally, the grand opening will feature a bouncy house, holiday arts and crafts, a balloon artist, carnival games, face painting and a raffle with amazing prizes such as an Apple watch and Fitbit with 100 percent of the proceeds from the raffle going to St. Jude’s.

This is the first Childrens Lighthouse location for Varun and Navi. With a background in corporate America, they understand the importance of early childhood development and look forward to the opportunity to positively impact families in the community. Varun and Navi oversee the center managing day-to-day operations and have hired two experienced directors who help oversee operations and daily curriculum as well as additional full-time staff to facilitate education at the center.

The Childrens Lighthouse building spans approximately 11,000 feet; the square footage for the whole property is set on 2.2 acres. The early learning school provides ample space for children to learn in classroom and group settings, while also offering sizeable play areas both inside and out and starting in February, Childrens Lighthouse of Viridian will be offering outdoor music and gardening. An on-site kitchen offers healthy meals and snacks daily for students. Childrens Lighthouse serves families with children from ages six weeks to 12 years old. In addition to traditional school hours, highly interactive after-school programs and summer camps are available to children up to age 12.
