• Medal of Honor museum vies for USA Today's top new museum title – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth (nbcdfw.com) — Arlington’s National Medal of Honor Museum, which opened in March, is now competing for USA Today’s “Best New Museum of 2026,” and residents can vote online once a day through Dec. 22. The museum showcases powerful stories of Medal of Honor recipients, from the Civil War to Vietnam and beyond, including a Huey helicopter tied to awardee Patrick Brady.
   

• Vikings fan recovering after hit-and-run following game in Dallas (kare11.com) — Police are investigating a hit-and-run outside AT&T Stadium in Arlington that seriously injured visiting Minnesota Vikings fan Jordan Boll after last Sunday’s Cowboys game. Witnesses say a dark-colored pickup struck him in the parking lot and fled, leaving Boll with a broken vertebra and unable to work while medical and living expenses mount. Officers are still searching for the driver.
