The Chamber Ambassadors attended a fantastic Ribbon Cutting at Sunshine Yoga Shack in Mansfield!

Yoga has been known for millennia as a physical practice that keeps the body physically strong while also improving mental wellbeing.

At Sunshine Yoga Shack we offer traditional yoga classes while amping up the practice in power and heated yoga classes. The Tribe at Sunshine has also developed an aerial yoga program that takes your practice to new heights by incorporating Cique du solei style aerial hammocks. When you are ready to relax, we offer deep release yoga classes and guided meditations. Sunshine offers yoga in a welcoming environment for all levels of practice .
