The Greater Arlington Chamber Young Professionals group (YP) is an outreach group that builds business and community leaders through bonding, education, and serving together throughout the Arlington Community. Through this mentorship program, young professionals in Arlington will build relationships with established Chamber members through a year-long mentorship program. While typically the program would run from January to December every calendar year, this first year the IMPACT Mentorship Program will run from February to October of 2022.

This program is designed to connect experienced Chamber members to up and coming young professionals. Along with a packet of mentorship best practices and guiding conversation topics, the mentor and mentee will visit once each quarter. The manner in which each mentorship pair chooses to meet, either virtually or in-person, is decided by each pair. The Impact Mentorship Program will then wrap up with a Mentor/Mentee Mix and Mingle event in October of 2022.
While a more detailed 2022 timeline of events will be sent out to mentor/mentee pairings, here is an overview of the 2022 program year:
As this is the first IMPACT Mentorship Program year, space is limited! If you are a young professional looking for a mentor and have any questions about this program, please email us at YP@arlingtontx.com
