Merryhill School Students Deliver Gifts to Local Children in Need

Students delivered toys to benefit 100 local children supported by the Fort Worth Child Protective Services' Angel Tree program

Earlier this week, students from Merryhill Preschool, Elementary & Middle School in Arlington delivered gifts to benefit more than 100 local children supported by the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services. Over the past few weeks, students collected toys and gifts for the organization’s Angel Tree program. During the delivery, students spoke to a representative from the organization and learned about how their donation will help local children in need. This is the 34th year the school has participated in the Texas Department of Family & Protective Services’ Angel Tree program. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back, especially during the holiday season.

The Angel Tree Gift Drop initiative is part of Merryhill School's broader commitment to community engagement and support. By giving these children a holiday to remember, the school hopes to create lasting moments of joy and show them they are cared for and valued.
