  1. Dallas police fatally shot 18-year-old Joey Cesar Fraire on Wednesday in west Oak Cliff. Fraire was wanted for capital murder in connection with a killing in Farmers Branch in October 2022. Police followed a vehicle Fraire was the passenger in, and when he refused to get out of the car, he began shooting at police and struck an officer in the foot.   2. Prosper ISD School Board President Andrew Wilborn was arrested and taken to the Dallas County Jail Wednesday on a charge of indecency with a child (sexual contact). The 43-year-old is accused of being involved with a 16-year-old student who he inappropriately touched when he was an executive pastor at Antioch Church. Wilborn is being held on a $50,000 bail.   3. A woman was found dead inside a car yesterday in East Dallas. The woman had multiple gunshot wounds and was found in a parked vehicle in the 5500 block of Tenison Parkway. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. (Patch)
