- Early Tuesday morning, Mar. 14, a 14-year-old was killed and two other teens were injured while riding stolen horses. A car crashed into the group of three teens horseback riding along Great Trinity Forest Way near Interstate 45. One horse died at the scene, another was euthanized at the scene, and the third was injured but is expected to survive. The two surviving teens, aged 16 and 17, were injured and treated at a hospital. (ABC 8)
- Kaylin Rodriguez, a 13-year-old who was reported missing by her parents about two weeks ago from her East Dallas apartment, was found in a shed on the property of 34-year-old Jorge Camacho in North Carolina. Camacho is in a North Carolina jail and has been charged with several felonies. Kaylin has been reunited with her family in Dallas. (Advocate: Oak Cliff)
- Dallas Arts District's annual "Changing Perspectives Block Party: A Cultural Festival" will take place on Apr. 14! The family-friendly event will include Close-Act Theatre’s Birdmen, food trucks, artisans/makers, a community muralist, and more. - Dallas Police released a Critical Missing Alert for 76-year-old Jesse Dale, Jr., who was last seen driving a black 2012 Chevrolet Silverado in the 3200 block of Morgan Street. The truck he was driving has a Texas license plate with the number DSY6319. (ABC 8)
- Dallas Police released the names of the two men who were arrested in connection to the four people who were fatally shot in a Dallas apartment. Artemio Maldonado, 18, and Azucena Sanchez, 20, have been charged with capital murder. (ABC 13)
