Two Dallas Men Stabbed Thursday Night, Their Conditions Unknown

In an incident that brought police to the The Colony in Grandscape area last night, two men were stabbed numerous times.

DALLAS, TX —A restaurant incident at the Grandscape Thursday evening resulted in two men being stabbed.

According to police, the attack occurred just before 6:30 before stunned onlookers at Seven Doors Kitchen & Cocktails restaurant in Grandscape at The Colony on Thursday night.

But as of Friday morning, the conditions of both victims remains unknown. Each had been stabbed repeatedly.

The suspect, also a man, evaded police for some time before being taken into custody. Initially, officers located him, but the alleged assailant ran into another densely populated area of The Colony, where diners were eating and enjoying an outdoor concert.

Eventually, the suspect was subdued, and police described him as potentially "suffering from a mental health crisis." He was first taken for evaluation to a local hospital and then transported for booking at The Colony jail. His name remains unreleased as of Friday morning.
